- Process:
- RELY METAL PARTS (RMP) supplies precision castings by economical lost wax process( sodium silicate binder and white wax).
- Equipment:
- 200-500 kg medium frequency induction furnaces,Wax injection, wax welding, dipping, stuccoing, shell making, dewaxing, pouring, decoating, cutting and shot and sand blasting equipment. Heat treatment facilities for normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, solution treatment. temperature meters, dimension measurement instruments, spectro, mechanical test instruments,etc.
- Material:
- Plain carbon steel, Low alloy carbon steel, stainless steel, wear resistant steel ,heat resistant steel, grey iron , ductile iron, aluminum alloy and bronze.
- Material standard according to : ASTM, AISI, EN, BS, DIN, JIS, GB , etc.
- Process Aliblity:
- Casting weight can be from 0.1 kgs. to 100 kgs. ; Size up to 24"X24"(600x600mm) ; Min. wall thickness 0.12"(3mm)
- Linear dimensional tolerance: ISO8062 CT7-9
- Surface roughness: Ra12.5-25 micrometers or 500-1000 microinches
- Soundness quality: DIN1680 S2V3 - DIN1680 S1V2, or ASTM E446 Grade2-3
- Surface treatment:
- shot blasting, sand blasting, electric plating, powder coating, liquid painting, polishing, etc.
